All UK orders are sent out via: UK Standard – 1st Class. The Delivery Charge for this service is £3.50 (Please allow 1-2 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched).

All International orders are sent out via one of the following services:.

Europe – International Standard. The Delivery Charge for this service is £5.50 (Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order once it has been dispatched)..

Rest of World – International Standard. The Delivery Charge for this service is £8.00(Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order once it has been dispatched).

Please note that customers are solely responsible for any import/customs duties and taxes due on their purchase..

Nelipott will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed in customs.

Returns Policy

Nelipott really hopes that you love your purchase, however if you are in anyway dissatisfied your item can simply be returned within 14 days of receipt to obtain a full refund.

Please email Nelipott via the Contact page explaining what you are returning and why so an exchange or refund can be arranged as soon as possible.

The Customer is to pay for any return delivery and unfortunately this cost will not be refunded. Nelipott will only reimburse the return postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods.
